Default enable us to sync calendars between home and office computers

Why don't you use your palm to sync with your two computers? They give you
software that you can install on two different computers - for just that
purpose. You might give that a try rather than trying to make two computers
talk to each other.
If you really want to go that route, you might try getting a network card
where you can share files from one computer to another (including, I assume,
your calendar).

It really slows my work productivity not being easily able to sync my work
calendar with my home / mobile laptop. This seems like a basic function as I
can do it with non-windows stuff like my my Palm so why not between two
Windows PC's running Outlook 2003?
