Hi Denise,

If Outlook Express is the default mail client it should be possible to
compose a message in Word, then send a copy of the document using the Send
To (Mail Recipient) command from the File menu. It isn't possible to use the
Word tools directly in an OE message window. Others will know more about
this issue. A Word newsgroup would also be a good place to ask the question.
