I was hoping to do it by setting the default email type, i.e. plain text for
each contact in question. I just did not remember how to do it. Now that Sue
has explained the process I remember how to do it.

No, Milly...I did not categorize them. The version of Outlook I am using is
Outlook 2003 Professional.
