The BT response ' go to pc manu' is cobblers and typical of some one who
does'nt know.
OL uses the same settings as OE (smtp etc)
If mail is working in OE, with OE closed open OL and import mail settings
and use test facilities of OL, accessed via Control Panel, Mail Applet to
test the settings.
If you still have a problem, post back, include your version of OL and any
err.msgs
