No Inbox means that you have the OE Newsreader and not OE.
Start, Run, msimn
After doing this and hit the OK button I see nothing came up.
Tools, Accounts, Mail tab, New, .........
Did that. To set up a Hotmail account. But I am not sure what to fill in. At
the Internet connection wizard it asks "My Incoming Mail Server is
HTTP/POP3?IMAP server. Which one should I select?
At the next line below "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP,HTTP) Hotmail/MSN/Other
I believe I should select Hotmail here.
Create a shortcut that points to msimn.exe.
Where do I go to do that and how?

Need help badly and urgent.
Due to hard disk failure I had the HD replaced and reloaded XP Home , XP
Office and some backups. But I am unable to configure OE to have my
Inbox. There is no Inbox at present, thereby I cannot download any
incoming messages. I've got these Newsgroups with no problems and my
previously saved OE Folders.
For all I've tried it says "This service does not work with Outlook
Express" and It keeps on asking for a pasword that I did not fill in.
Someone please walk me in from the beginning, step by step.
Thanks.
