Tried the import mail & address and it imports all messages from all
users on OE to one of the profiles in outlook? How do you keep them
separate?

Outlook will import one identity's mail from Outlook Express. If you don't
have your messages separated by identity, then they're not really from "all
users" but only from one user. The receiving address means nothing. Also,
it's better to export messages from Outlook Express rather than importing
them from Outlook.
