From your wife's account, start Outlook and click
ToolsOptionsOtherAdvanced OptionsCOM Add-InsAdd. Browse to C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Addins ("Office10" in this may be
"Office11"), select outbak.dll, and click OK. Stop and restart Outlook.
The Backup command should appear in the File menu after that.
