Just recently I bought a new Dell Computer with Windows XP installed and when
I receive an email in Outlook Express that contains a hyperlink, I click onto
the hyperlink and nothing happens, it won't download to the website. Is
there a setting somewhere I'm not finding that needs to be adjusted??
