Correction: you have Internet access.
This NNTP (news) message proves that.
You just don't have HTTP (aka web browser) access
at the moment.

You are using OE with the msnews NNTP server?
To see the full list of MS newsgroups press Ctrl-w
(in the main OE application window.)

So another way to get at that newsgroup which Kath pointed you to
would be to press Ctrl-w and type 6.b (Then click on the Go to button.)
