Hi Firas- Mabe it was the POP3 account was setup to retrieve messages, but
not delete them from the server. See
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...spx?mode=print.
On the Tools menu, click E-mail accounts.
Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
Under Name, select the POP3 account you want to change, and then click Change.
Click More Settings.
Click the Advanced tab, and then under Delivery, select the Leave a copy of
messages on the server check box.
You can also select whether to automatically remove messages from your
e-mail server after a specified number of days, when you delete the item on
your computer, or when the Deleted Items folder is emptied. These settings
may help prevent you from exceeding the mailbox size limit amount your ISP
has set.

Here is my problem:
1. I am using Yahoo Business Email.
2. I was using Outlook 2002/XP as my email client before I got a new
Windows image with Outlook 2003 installed.
3. I moved 2002 PST file to the new desktop; create POP email account
identical to the one exit in previous machine, with delivery location
to that old PST file.
The Problem: when performing Send/Receive, it seems Outlook doesn't
recognize that emails are already in the PST and starts downloading the
whole punch of emails exist in my account whether they are new or not,
which leave inbox with duplicate emails.
I thought Outlook keeps a list of downloaded emails in PST file itself
so it won't get them again.
And idea?
Thanks in advance.
