Outlook has the autocompletion cache (controlled by the "Suggest names
while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields" setting on ToolsOptionsE-mail
OptionsAdvanced E-mail Options dialogue) which will remember those
addresses to which you send mail and suggest them subsequently when you
type in a recipient field when composing. It is not tied in any way to
your Contacts like OE was tied to the WAB, however.
