How can I do that with OUTGOING messages?
i.e.: I have created a folder for each of my recipients. I want outlook to
copy or move automatically any sent message to a specific recipient into

relative folder. Any clue?

You can't do that Auto, it has to be done manually by using the Apply Now
button in message rules, or right click the messagesend or copy to folder.
