Public Folder Permissions
I am having trouble removing or deleting old items from public folders
and calendars. Even the Author of the files or events cannot modify or
remove them. The calendar events that are problems were created months
ago. All users have read write permissions for all folders and
calendars.,Some have Editor or Owner and Author rights. However there
are some recurring calendar items that just cannot be removed or
modified by anyone. Even as Administrator with full access rights I
cannot delete these events. I did upgrade from Exchange 2000 to
Exchange 2003 within the last few months but I cannot see why this
would be causing these problems. Also how can I remove or limit the
amount of calendar events that show? I don't need to see calenadr
events for last year! Thank you to anyone who can help with this issue.
