Many thanks. I restored the system to before the SP2 install and OE
worked
again. Disabled AV/FW and reinstalled SP2 and all critical fixes. All
now
working.

Thanks again

Was your anti-virus program running when you downloaded SP2? If so, it
may
have prevented a clean install.

Remove SP2 and reboot. If all is well, download it again with your
anti-virus turned off.

Hi

Yesterday I installed SP2 and have been having problems with OE since.

OE will initiate and I can view the list of emails in inbox and other
folders. However, if I select an email I just get the header
information
and
a blank page where the email text should be.

When I attempt to create mail - I get the usual template. I can edit
the
addressee and subject fields but cannot enter text into the body of
the
note.

If I attempt to forward a note I get the following error message -

'The message has not completed downloading. The message cannot be
saved
until download is complete.'

Any help very gratefully recevied.
