You'll find support for Windows Live Mail Desktop (WLMD) in these public

But if you are asking about "Windows Mail" in Vista, you should be posting
to an appropriate Beta newsgroup if you have access to one. If you are a
member of a Community Technology Preview invitation, you should also have
received a phone number for support. But Hotmail is not supported in
Windows Mail unlike Outlook Express. This is by design.
