Default Moving my contacts folder to a new machine

right click on the contacts folder, choose properties and enable it as an
address book. go to address book's tools, options and remove the bad one,
then add the new one.

I moved my Outlook 2003 SP2 PST file from one machine to another.

Basically I copied over the existing PST and DAT files on the new machine
with the ones from the old machine.

When I opened Outlook on the new machine, all my mail was there but when I
try to access the contacts folder from the "To" field in a new mail
document I get the error "Address Book could not be displayed. Contacts
list associated with this address book could not be opened." If I click
okay I get a blank address list and then I can select from one of two
contacts folders: one that is empty and one that has my contact info in
it.

How do I delete the empty contacts folder and make the other one my
default contact folder?
