Outlook 2000
'Tools|Services' is only available if Outlook 2000 is running in
"Corporate/Workgroup" mode which means you must be using either "Internet
Mail Only" or "No Email" modes. If you're using IMO mode, you'll have a
'Tools|E-mail Accounts" entry where you configure email server settings. To
see what mode you have, go to 'Help|About Microsoft Outlook" and look at the
second line of text.

Until the last few days I used my e-mail provider (Tiscali) as a sole
system.
I decided I wanted to use Outlook Express which after a few false starts
is
ok.
Now I wanted to use Outlook which I uses to use in my last job. This is on
my computor allready but here is the problem:
On clicking on the Outlook icon I get this message:
:Unable to open your default e-mail folders Outlook could not start
because
a location to send and receive mail could not be found. To add a location
such as a personal file, double click the mail icon in Windows Control
Panel'.
Im then asked if I want to open my default system. If I do this I get a
page
with MY Computer at the top and then under names 31/2 Floppy Compact disk
Local disk and Nokia phone browser.
This I have done and entered my details (or thought I had) but still no
joy.
The message is still there.
I also get a message saying: 'There was an error reading your Internet
e-mail service.Click the tools menu,click services,delete the service and
then create a new one.
PROBLEM is on the Tools dropper I have no Services.
Can you help please before I go nutty.
I AM NOT COMPUTER SAVVY.
