I'm using Outlook 2003, and when I try and forward an email or when the email
has pictures and the question comes up to save the pictures, I receive this
error message in a dialogue box:

"Messages on this server cannot be modified"

I'm sure this is set up, but not sure where to look, any help whould be very
helpful.
