Default Outlook Auto Rule (URGENT)

first, are you wanting to "forward" as in BCC a message the mailbox sends to
other mailboxes or do you really want to forward mail it receives?

You need to set up a rule in outlook and it needs to be a server side rule,
if you are unable to make it server side due to the conditions or actions,
you'll have to use an event sink on the server. If you want to forward all
mail the mailbox receives, you could (and should) do it from the server.
