Hello,

I am going absolutely crazy as my Outlook 2003 will receive mail just
fine, but will not send mail right away. It may take anywhere from 5
minutes to 5 hours to send a single piece of mail. I have checked with
ISP, and they are not blocking port 25 etc.

I have formatted the hard drive, reimaged the computer 6 times, loaded
just Win XP home and Office 2003 (no firewall, AV etc, except the Windows
built in) and am having the same results. I do not know where to turn to
for help.

I am willing to try anything, desperately looking for help.

Looking for a miracle helper....
