Default How do I change or add a Label category on the Outlook Calendar?

Several of the Microsoft Outlook Calendar "Label" categories are of no use to
me, whereas other choices, such as "Awareness Only" or "Cancelled," would be
helpful. I don't see any way to change or add a category.
