Hi Ray,
There have been some "bugs" involved with identity switching. At least one
has reportedly been fixed by an OE update. It is difficult to say if a bug
might be causing the issue. It is also possible that an OE identity, likely
the default main identity, is corrupted. Replacing the identity might be
useful.
It may help to always log off the current identity in use.
File, Exit and then Log off Identity
Some have found Force Identity Logon beneficial in avoiding identity
switching problems.
