Who should I call? I also have a general computer problem too in addition
to this. Quite often when I try to shut down computer, it doesn't shut
down. It ignores me...... then gives me the non-responsive thing, send
error report, etc.... Can a Geek Squad guy fix this 2 1/2 year old Dell
Lemon?
