Was you primary mail account working OK before you created the
subaccount?
Did you give your subaccount a different password than your primary
account? If so, perhaps you accidentally changed the password for the
primary account? I don't know about Verizon, but with some ISPs, a
subaccount is merely an alias for the primary account and they share the
same server mail box and password.
If you want to change the password that OE supplies to the mail server,
or undo the remember password, that's done at Tools, Accounts, Mail,
Properties, Servers.

Hi, I have windows XP, I login with verizon DSL. I have my primary
account name and I also created a sub account with a different name.
When I go to oe My primary user name and password(I checked box to
remember my info((can't get out of that either)) won't be accepted,
then if I click on it a few times my sub account user ID comes up
without a password. I put my password in and I am able to get into the
OE mail finally. How can I fix it so that my primary name will work
too? I hope I made this clear enough. Thanx in advance for any
help. ----dona
