Default Un-installing OE6

...I have downloaded & install the IE7Beta3 hoping it might
change things but it didn't. Can I use my XP disc to get rid of IE7 &
OE6 and let it go back to IE7?

NO! Do NOT use your XP disc to do /anything/ until you've uninstalled IE7
Beta3 via Add/Remove Programs and have rebooted twice!

Here's your original thread (to which you should have replied instead of
beginning a new one):

No, I haven't disabled or uninstalled Defender.

If Defender's installed, it may well have something to do with your original
problem. Please post about this to one of the Defender-specific newsgroups.

I wrote you all last week about a huge problem with my OE6. Never was
able to fix the corruption. Now, let me ask you this. How can I
un-install OE6? I have downloaded & install the IE7Beta3 hoping it might

Have I just totally confused you? Surely hope not.
Thanks again for putting up with me and hopefully helping me out.
