Default mail is delivered all at once

I wouldn't disable it except as a quick test ; I'd see how you can add
exceptions to it.

When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and
mode (if applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in
Help | About. Also include the type of mail account(s) you use and
any other pertinent details. Be sure to put a consise summary of
your question in the subject line, and the full details in the body
of your post.

That said, I'm gazing into my crystal ball and through the fog, I
think I can see that you are using Exchange server and have Windows
XP clients, and your clients also have the Windows firewall enabled.
Add outlook.exe to the program exceptions for the Windows firewall
and see if this problem goes away.
