I recently got a new computer, and one of the many mysteries that I
haven't yet solved is this: When I click on a link on a web page to send
e-mail, my OE doesn't open as it always used to with my old system. When I
click on an e-mail link now, what happens is that a dialog box titled
"Choose Profile" opens, with "Microsoft Outlook" appearing in the form
field.

To make a long story short, I have not been able to successfully get past
this point so that I am able to open OE from a web link. If anyone could
explain how to set up my system (or direct me to online instructions) to
open OE from a web link, I'd appreciate it very much.
