Default After uninstall of Outlook 2007 Rules have Bad Format

Does this work in Exchange 2000?

I found a solution for it: If you can open Outlook Web Access, go into rules
from there and most likely one of the first rules will be something along
the lines of "De-categorize all messages" or something like that. It is a
rule that definitely looks out of place. I deleted that one and saved, then
i could edit my rules from within outlook again.

How? It won't let me into the Rules area at all.

you'll need to recreate the rules.

The error message I get in Outlook 2003 after uninstalling 2007 and
re-installing 2003 is "Your stored rules appear to have a bad format"
