Default Others using the forms

Users should be running the form in the Org Forms library. The .oft file is just for backup purposes.

I have successfully completed and tested the form. It is published in the
organizational forms library. Some folks are able to use the form and others
are not. We emailed them the .oft file to use. However, some are not able to
open it. Is it a possibility that they have to open it from the
organizational library themselves and then save it as an oft file on their
desktop. I believe we are all on the same server.
