Default Create a drop-down box in company field

did you know you can group by company and drag the contacts with the odd
spellings to one group so all use the identical company name?

I often have multiple contacts at a company but they can get overlooked in
a
company search if there's a variation in the company name, which is
actually
quite common; i.e. a comma before Co. in one entry and not another, use of
Inc. in one name and not another; use of a DBA as opposed to corporate
name,
etc. With a drop down box that lists all the company names already in
Outlook, one could be assured of consistency so all contacts for the same
company appear when ordered by company.
