WINXP SP2 with all updates

Especially when sending attachments, using the "right-click" & send to mail
recipient" or sending an email from another program (ie ACT2000 or
Quickbooks), the recipient of the email receives it twice - very annoying if
the attachment is large. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have turned off " send email immediately" in the send tab of the option
window and that has stopped the double ups...... so now OE will send emails
out only every 12 minutes (as that is what I have set the send/receive time
as).

Also thought I might have a corrupt outbox.dbx file, so I deleted it and
allowed OE to install a new file. Still annoying I can't find a real
solution - can't change to other email programme as other programmes relie
on OE to work. Hope you can help
