Default Outlook RPC over HTTP address lists

"but whenever I click on any of the lists under "All Address Lists""

So what is listed there for you? Are these address books actually available
with your current connection? If it is the Outlook Address Book service
remove it from your account settings, restart Outlook and add it again.

I have Outlook setup to connect via RPC over HTTP when I am out of the
office
and I can send and receive email fine. The problem comes when I try to
access the Address Lists residing on the Exchange server. I can see the
Global Address List fine, but whenever I click on any of the lists under
"All
Address Lists", it gives me the following error:

"The address list could not be displayed. The connection to the Microsoft
Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to
complete this action."

Outlook says it is "Connected" and everything works when on the network.

A little info in case it matters:
Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003 Server SP1
Outlook 2003
everything has the latest updates.

Thanks for any help.
