Aside from Brains questions below, you have to shut Outlook down to switch
profiles, if you have Outlook prompt you for a profile on Outlook start then
you can choose which Profile you want to open. Only one application of
Outlook can be open at any one time.

Thank you Noel-
Is there a way to quick-switch between profiles without having to shut
down
/ restart Outlook? Or is it possible to have two Outlook applications on
one
computer- one running "Personal" profile and the other running "Business"
profile?

You cannot switch Outlook profiles as you can only have 1 open at any one
time. You can have Outlook prompt you for a profile op opening by going
into
the Mail Icon in Control Panel and then selecting Profiles and using the
drop down at the bottom.

I'm running Office XP Home / MS Office 2003. I'm set up with 3 User
Accounts-
#1 Admin, #2 Personal, #3 Business. I want to have Outlook "personal"
profile
running in Personal concurrently while Outlook "business" profile
running
in
Business. This way, I wouldn't have to open and close Outlook every
time I
need to switch from checking personal / business emails. I'll just
switch
user account. I've tried to set this up, but Outlook will only open in
my
personal user account. It will not open in "Admin" or "Business" even
if
it
is NOT running in "Personal".
