I believe they know and as long as you have auto-updates on, it will be
fixed when the patch is ready - possibly not until ol2007 RTMs or later.

There is a known problem with printing duplex in 2003. If it's not
fixed
with an update, print to office document printer and insert a blank
page
at
the beginning then print to paper.
