Thanks but even with the highest resolution on a 19" TFT screen it only
showing 6, any suggestions?

After furious head scratching, asked:

| The problem is with the Outlook 2002 Calendar Views

| Some days we have many meeting, in this case I have added 8 meetings.
| In Month View There is no problem seeing all 8 meetings.

| But all of our staff uses the 'Day View' and it only shows a maximum
| number of 6 meetings, the extra 2 meeting are getting over looked.

| Hope someone knows how to fix this, as I've been looking for an
| answer for months and it's really started to bug me.

| explanation.
