After furious head scratching, Paul asked:

| Follow the directions below:

| 1. Synch Hotmail to Outlook Express
| - From the menu bar, click Tools | Accounts
| - Click Add button
| - Click Mail...
| - Follow the rest of the wizard
| 2. Export the Hotmail contacts, now MS Outlook Express contacts, to a
| CSV file.
| - From the menu bar, select File | Export | Address Book
| - Select 'Text File (Comma Separated Value)'
| - Follow the rest of the wizard
| 3. Import the CSV file to MS Outlook.
| - From the menu bar, select File | Import and Export...
| - Select 'Import Internet Mail and Addresses'

| I was using Windows XP, Office 2003 Pro, and the free version of
