I would check the Blackberry forums on this - many reports of Outlook
problems that only occur using Blackberries and the Blackberry Enterprise
Server. Ensure the BES is the latest version,.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, asked:

| I am on a corporate enviroment using an Exchange sever and using a
| Blackberry to sinc. I've noticed I'm missing appointments. I have had
| this problem off and on. I'm not sure how often they are being
| deleted. We've made the appropriate policies in our virus scanning to
| keep from corupting the .ost and .pst files on M. I don't know why I
| am continuing to lose appointments. If anyone has any info I would
| appreciate the help.
