After furious head scratching, Chuck Davis asked:

| I have found over time, the contact that was contained in the
| Distribution List when I was using Outlook 2000 would not update.
| However, all new ones following the installation of Outlook 2003 will
| update. In the meantime, Select Members.. and then Remove the prior
| entry. Eventually, all will work as you expect. At least up until
| Outlook 2007 comes along.
