I recently was supporting an AA who was reporting dropped updates to
a mtg. occurrence. The occurring meeting reverts to the original
time/text of the recurrence. any ideas? thanks JG

If you change a recurring event's start or end date, you reset the entire
series because a recurring item is just a single item.
