Is there a way to lock the ability to select choices when an form is returned
with a reply? In effect locking the returned email form as read only?

As in an employee chose from a list of answers from a message based form and
sends it to a supervisor. The supervisor approved or alters the answers, then
sends it back to the employee without the employee having the ability to
change those results any longer.
