Default How to get back the data of field "Name" merging contacts with

This is just another example of the fact that integration between Outlook
and Word is not nearly as robust as it should or could be. This one has been
well known and documented for years:

Start in the Contacts Folder, select the Contacts, then start the merge

I tryed and it works but starting from outlook I do not find the
possibility
of choosing the contacst I will send to as I have starting from MS
word.
