You don't.

Currently I have several profiles each with
their own domain mail settings which I need to open to download mail,
but mostly I open my main profile with the other PST folders also on
it which of-course won't download their respective mail because the
POP3 accounts reside by their profile !!

Why not include all those accounts in a single profile and use rules to
deliver mail to the various folders (in one or multiple) PSTs based on
receiving account?
