Default Using Outlook 2003 with AOL.

Thanks Hal - Your suggestion worked. It was simply a case of making the
return address a valid AOL account E~mail address.

Thanks

Neal

That's how I read it...give it a try and see if it works. The only problem
that would result would be that a reply to one of your messages would be
sent to AOL, not stirlingnarrowboats.co.uk.

Many thanks for the reply.

So what you are suggesting is that when I'm setting up Outlook; when I

fill
in the "User Account Settings"; where it says "E~Mail address" you are
suggesting I put in the AOL E~Mail address and NOT the
" address.

Is that correct ? ?

I've seen one other post with the same problem and the cause in that

case
was setting the Return Address to a non-AOL email address; the cure was

to
replace this address with the AOL email address of the account used to

send.
Here's what I found:

Trouble sending via AOL
