Easiest is just save a message as an EML file. Then go to it and right
click it, selecting "Open With" vs. Open and select Outlook Express
(msimn.exe) as the program to use. If it works well, repeat the
exercise and the second time, put a check in the box at the bottom to
"Always open files of this type........."
