Try this step:

1. Start outlook, Go to Contacts folder
2. Double click to open a contact
3. Click File-Save As
4. Select Outlook Message Format (*.msg) in the field Save as type
5. Type a name for the item, Click Save....

When I send a contact record as a v-card to someone else - when they
receive
it - it is missing the notes section of the contact - is there a way to
