Default Eliminating security warnings with Outlook Express

My PC is running XP Home SP2, DSL connection. Outlook Express is my

security settings to determine how attachments are handled.

Is there a registry tweak or program that will get rid of that text?

Not a Windows issue but text your camera software has added to your
mails. If you open a new message with OE and then click on the
attachment icon and navigate to the photo, you won't see that text. Or
you can just select the text and hit delete.
