Default Send mass emails using outlook

Despite what your ISP told you, "Too many recipients" is a message from your
mail server, not Outlook.
You can circumvent it by using a mail merge to electronic mail, which is a
better way to send to multiple recipients anyway.

Outlook has no such limitation.
Explain what makes you think it does.
"Will not let me" tells us nothing.

Hi Russ, and thanks -

I get an error message, it's been a long time, and I cannot find the
number, but it's a "too many recipients" message. I called my ISP
(Comcast
Cable Broadband - just recently taken over by Time Warner) and they told
me
that they had no problem. The test run of the bulk email program went via
the same Comcast server. It wwent smoothly, but I did not like the
program
- it was not integrated into the office system, and was bulky and
difficult.

I have another letter due to be sent out soon. I could send it all at
once
and get you the error number, but then I can't really tell who has
received
the damned thng and who hasn't. My little newsletter is completely a
community type thing, and I don't want to do tests that impose upon the
recipients.
