DBXtract does not have the capability of analyzing the entire hard drive.
Only DBXpress (
www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/) does this.
And it he has an intact dbx file, which seems unlikely, he can manually
import it via the method in the last paragraph he
www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx , which doesn't require purchasing a 3rd party
program. But that is only if the file is not corrupt.

I accidentally deleted an entire folder in OE instead of deleting just the
single message I had intended. After checking both the web service, and
my ISP's own mail client for the folder (no luck), I contacted the ISP,
who promised to try to recover it, but it's been over 24 hours since my
contact to them--and nothing.
Is there a way to get this folder back?
If you are running Win2K, WinXP or Win2K3 then DBXtract will find any
messages on the hard drive that have not actually been overwritten.
