Default separate email accounts

What do you mean when you say you've done the profile thing? Do you have
separate Windows profiles or did you set up separate Outlook profiles? Under
separate Windows profiles, each user will have his or her own .PST file and
will have to set up his or her e-mail account separately. Under separate
Outlook profiles, the method is basically the same except that each person
has to restart Outlook and sign in with his or her own profile and then set
up the e-mail accounts separately (one per profile).

If you are using the same Windows profile and don't want to bother with
Outlook profiles, you can just set up all the e-mail accounts in the single
profile and then use rules to move incoming messages from the inbox to other
folders based upon the receiving e-mail account.

I have outlook 2003. I am trying to set up two different email accounts. I
have done the profile thing. But still all email comes to one even though we
have different email addresses. We have a pop3. I was able to separate this
on another computer about a year ago. But can't seem to get it to work on my
new computer. Can anyone help?
