Default OFT as a Task Request

I don't have any special code behind the button. Any code associated with
the button is the standard MS code associated with the send function.

Also, as I pointed out one of the forms work fine and the other is
imtermittment.

I am confused by the operations as it would seem like both forms would act
the same on everyones machines.

Do you have code behind those buttons? Code does not run when you open an OFT.

You probably would not have any problems if you published both to the Exchange
Organizational Forms Library, as they should be. Do you have troglodytes for
management that will not permit this?
